Thanks - enjoying your site. It brings me back... way way back. I feel like after reading some posts I should say something like "there's a light at the end of the tunnel" but in the back of my head a little voice say "It's a train - run". Medicine is hard work, but worth it... if you like trains, metaphorical (or nonsensically) speaking.
